Cancellation & Returns Policy
The cancellation and returns policy set-out below applies only to goods ordered online. If you have a query relating to an order that was placed instore, please contact the store branch from which you made the purchase – contact details can be found on the Store branch page in our site contact us page.
Cancelling an Order Prior to Delivery
1. Orders for Stocked Products
For whatever reason, it is sometimes necessary to cancel an order. You may cancel your order with DG Safety Security at any time prior to delivery for stock items (items purchased which we have in stock at the time of order).
To cancel your order, you need to either:
- Write to us by mail or fax:

Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a less 10% of your full payment using the same method as your original payment. A letter of cancellation, together with your receipt, will be posted to your nominated address.
2. Orders for Special Products
If the items ordered are not from stock, we will have placed a ‘special order’ commission with the supplier to make them specifically for you. Unless we receive your written notification to cancel within 7 working days of you receiving our first order acknowledgement e-mail, we regret to advise you that we will have to charge you a cancellation fee, which is normally up to 75% of the original order value.

We typically ship within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. An exact estimate of this order lead time can be found on the product descriptions for the items you are interested in. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on selected products.
How We Ship
We ship via all major Road transportation Company carriers, and we also use DHL both for local and all international freight services depending on the clients choice of carrier and budget. Else DG Safety Security International will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping for national orders. In most cases, you will receive your product within 5-10 business days using ground delivery. But on client special request, we may use air freight for national orders and cost are born by the client.
We offer Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping for most products.
Law Enforcement Shipping
We can ship some of our products to law enforcement offices and locations. The typical delivery time for deliveries to military, police or customs and or prison’s locations will vary based upon the military location in the world. Shipping to international destinations may incure higher additional fee depending on the items ordered. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for most international deliveries. For delivery information regarding a specific product, please email us at: email@example.com.
We will notify you via email if your order is unexpectedly delayed. We will send an email that will indicate a new ship date for your order.
We offer 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day shipping for a variety of our products. During the checkout process, all products that are qualified for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed, so that you can choose the best option for your shipment.
Please be aware that the shipping options refer to the transit time only and require additional time for processing your order. In addition, expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends. Please see the shipping chart below for estimated delivery times.
How much is expedited shipping?
We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the following factors: destination, size, and weight. If expedited shipping for a product is available, a list of shipping options will appear along with the shipping rates during checkout.
Expedited Shipping Exceptions?
Some items are unable to be expedited due to the size of the item and/or destination. Some orders may ship from a third party and require a longer delivery time.
